1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, and others depending on your location and shipping preference.

• Domestic Shipping (India): 2–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

1.3 Delivery Delays

Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen logistics issues. We will notify you of any major delays via email or phone.

1.4 Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.

1.5 Delivery Areas

We currently ship throughout India and to select international destinations. Please contact us at info@roucherbiosciences.com to confirm if we can ship to your location.

2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of biological and chemical products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective product on arrival
• Product expired on delivery

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

2.2 How to Request a Return

Email us at info@roucherbiosciences.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

2.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods (reagents, chemicals, etc.)
• Custom-ordered products
• Items without original packaging or labeling
